Our process involves only four “simple” steps– simple for our clients, but detailed and thorough under the hood. From the get-go we make sure to get pinpoint precision on our client’s staffing needs by asking the right questions, and guiding our clients every step of the way. After our kickoff call with a client, the heavy lifting begins: we scour through our selection of highly qualified candidates, checking every resume, every test score, every profile, and work sample to make sure we find just the right match. Meanwhile, our clients can simply sit back and focus on their business.
A Broad Talent Pool Within Your Reach

Part of our commitment to quality means that we leave no stone unturned, so as we’re looking through our lineup of active and available team members, we’re also searching through our broad recruiting database that spans the entire Philippines. Our five offices based in various cities all over the country means our talent pool reach is vast, with a heavy focus on the metro cities of the country.
Once found, initially assessed by our team, and selected, each candidate goes through language and coding assessments. They are also tasked to create an introductory video– a feature that is uncommon with most other recruitment companies. It is essentially a pre-recorded video interview where the candidate answers a few relevant questions, and allows clients to e-meet each candidate without having to talk directly to them. This gives clients an idea of which candidates are best suited for their project in terms of technical expertise and English communication skills.
After the client has selected their top candidates based on the in-depth profiles, assessments, and introductory videos we’ve sent, we then set up a live, virtual interview for the client with each candidate. Of course, we’ll continue to make sure it is as easy as possible for our clients by providing practical recommendations for conducting these interviews.
